Delivery Agreement

Delivery Fees are non-refundable. Cash -on-delivery amounts are approximated at the the time of purchase based on typical home layouts and maybe be adjusted upon delivery. If these fees are not colled upon arrival, delivery defaults to "curbside delivery" with no refunds. Hook-up will not be performed without well-functioning plumbing and electrcial systems or proper appliance accessories. For Carry-In, Hook-Up, and Appliance Removal services, the purchaser agreesto make a delivery plan and take final responsibility for its execution. The moving path must be cleared of obstructions, measured and checked by the purchaser prior to delivery, and pets must be confined. If the delivery plan cannont be safely executed in the opinion of the delivery contractor, Carry-In, Hook-Up, and Appliance Removal services will cease. Purchaser is responsible for providing floor and/or wall protection if desired, and agrees to hold delivery contractors harmless of any damages to home, belongings, persons, or pets. Examples of common problems include: small stairway landings, inaccurate measurements, immobile vehicles too close to entry way, deteriorationg porch decking, tapered halls, narrow entryways, storm door hardware, settled foundations near doorways, snow/ice, furniture, etc. Refrigerators and freezers shall not be plugged in for 24 hours after placement. I agree to all the delivery terms above.
